Digital solutions for car businesses & workshops
Digital solutions for workshops.
From customer contact to the order.
Between phone, vehicle intake, parts procurement, and the lift, there is often no shared order status. We connect these handovers and make the next step visible—for intake, the workshop, and the customer.
The key starting points
Intake, workshop, and customer.
A shared status.
From appointment intake to handing over the vehicle: We connect customer information, workshop orders, and the next service appointment.
The phone interrupts intake.
Service inquiries capture the vehicle, issue, and preferred time in advance. Call-backs are assigned to the responsible team member. Your team can prepare conversations and needs to request basic details less often.
Additional work waits for feedback.
Findings, photos, and reviewed costs feed into a traceable approval request. Consent remains documented for the order. Workshop and customer know what has been commissioned and what is still open.
After the visit, contact is lost.
Agreed follow-up checks, maintenance appointments, and open questions become managed follow-up tasks. Service doesn’t end at the cashier; customer care becomes planned.
Transfer data. Connect systems.
Customers, vehicles, and workshop know-how.
Grown data holdings and complex integrations are no reason to postpone improvement. If you want, we take over data preparation, data entry, and technical implementation—with a clear plan, reviewed handovers, and understandable effort.
Support independent and brand-affiliated workshops appropriately
We plan with your business model and your existing processes. For independent workshops, brand-spanning vehicle data, parts catalogs, repair information, and flexible appointment and customer processes can be at the center. For brand-affiliated businesses, we include the requirements, approved manufacturer access, and existing dealer or service systems.
We clarify which information and functions are available through your authorized access. Based on that, we build suitable connections for intake, the workshop, parts supply, and customer care. Existing processes, brand guidelines, and permissions are taken into account; we can also handle technical alignment and implementation.
You receive a coordinated scope, a trial run, and an onboarding session for your team. This creates a solution for your specific operation—whether you work independently or in a brand-affiliated way.
So many existing data sources—who will take care of the data entry?
If you want, we take over data transfer and data entry for you. This can include customer and vehicle data, service histories, parts lists, and open workshop orders. Whether from existing software, spreadsheets, exports, or documents: We review the sources, map the fields, and prepare the agreed data for the transfer. Even large inventories we plan in manageable sections.
What’s particularly important is correctly assigning vehicles, vehicle owners, and orders. We check duplicates and required fields, clarify incomplete data sets with you, and first test a representative subset. After that, the coordinated transfer takes place with a control overview and approval.
Can our existing systems be integrated?
Existing systems can remain part of the solution. We develop the right connection between workshop management, parts catalogs, scheduling, and accounting. If an approved technical access with the required functions is available, we take over design, integration, and testing—including data mapping, permissions, synchronization, and error handling.
A user account alone doesn’t always provide the necessary data access. That’s why we clarify the interface scope, usage rights, and technical limitations right at the start, and if needed with the provider. If there’s no suitable interface, we check structured import and export options or another viable handover method. You receive a clear path and don’t have to handle the technical coordination yourself.
How much effort will remain with our team?
We can take over the technical preparation and implementation. From your team, we primarily need a point of contact, access and data exports that are prepared safely, and approval of the professional mapping. You don’t have to handle preparation and data entry on top of day-to-day business all by yourself.
How much effort it takes depends on data volume, quality, formats, interfaces, and the desired changeover date. After the review, you receive a traceable scope, an effort estimate, and a process with responsibilities. Trial transfer, backup, and a coordinated changeover window help account for ongoing operations. We agree onboarding and support after go-live accordingly.
Use repair guides directly in the workshop process
We can repair guides integrate them into your work process via an approved interface. This way, available instructions can be provided—for example, tailored to the vehicle, model series, or work order. Your team finds the information exactly where it works on the order.
The requirements are a suitable data provider or manufacturer access, the required licenses, and an interface that allows this usage. We handle the technical coordination, vehicle assignment, access control, and integration. Which guides, maintenance information, or other content is actually available—we clarify in advance based on the data offering.
How we work together
Your task.
A clear next step.
We work independently of systems and incorporate proven approaches. Only after we check needs and feasibility do we recommend the right solution.
01 · Understand your needs
Together with you, we identify the most important bottleneck and the desired outcome.
02 · Make it concrete
You get a clearly defined first scope with understandable costs and responsibilities.
03 · Implement & support
We implement, validate with your team, and support the further use as agreed.
