Digital solutions for veterinary practices
Your veterinary practice.
Clear information. Well organized.
Phone calls, pet-owner questions, appointment organization, and documentation run in parallel in everyday practice. We connect the organizational information and plan professional functions together with the responsible veterinarians.
The key starting points
Animal record, appointments, and follow-up care.
In the right context.
From animal and owner data to treatment plans to medication dispensing: We develop suitable support for the practice, mobile deployments, and follow-up care.
The reception is missing details about the request.
The animal, owner, organizational requirements, and existing documents are assigned via coordinated processes. The team can prepare contacts; medical urgency remains assessed by experts.
Document medication and dispensing in a traceable way.
Link medication details, inventory, batches, and expiry dates to the animal record. Veterinary instructions and permissible transfers to the owner can be documented separately—also during mobile assignments.
Plan treatment and follow-up care in context.
Combine history, findings, diagnosis and treatment guides, as well as released treatment plans. AI can prepare draft documentation; diagnoses, therapy, and dosage remain professional veterinary decisions.
Transfer data. Connect systems.
Bring together the animal, owner, and practice workflow.
Grown data holdings and complex integrations are no reason to postpone improvement. If you want, we take over data preparation, data entry, and technical implementation—with a clear plan, reviewed handovers, and understandable effort.
So many existing data sources—who will take care of the data entry?
If you want, we take over data transfer and data entry for you. This can include owner and animal data, appointment inventories, released documents, and administrative data. No matter whether from existing software, spreadsheets, exports, or documents: We review the sources, assign the fields, and prepare the agreed data for transfer. We also plan extensive inventories in manageable sections.
It is particularly important to assign animals, owners, and documents clearly and have them checked professionally. We check duplicates and required fields, clarify incomplete data sets with you, and first test a representative subset. Then the coordinated transfer happens with an overview of controls and approval. We process confidential data only to the agreed extent with regulated access; professional assignments are approved by your responsible team.
Can our existing systems be integrated?
Existing systems can remain part of the solution. We develop the right connection between practice management, appointment booking, inventory, and billing. If a released technical access with the required functions is available, we take over conception, integration, and testing—including data assignment, permissions, synchronisation, and error handling.
A user account alone doesn’t always provide the necessary data access. That’s why we clarify the interface scope, usage rights, and technical limitations right at the start, and if needed with the provider. If there’s no suitable interface, we check structured import and export options or another viable handover method. You receive a clear path and don’t have to handle the technical coordination yourself.
How much effort will remain with our team?
We can take over the technical preparation and implementation. From your team, we primarily need a point of contact, access and data exports that are prepared safely, and approval of the professional mapping. You don’t have to handle preparation and data entry on top of day-to-day business all by yourself.
How much effort it takes depends on data volume, quality, formats, interfaces, and the desired changeover date. After the review, you receive a traceable scope, an effort estimate, and a process with responsibilities. Trial transfer, backup, and a coordinated changeover window help account for ongoing operations. We agree onboarding and support after go-live accordingly.
Connect medication dispensing, inventories, and batches
We can Medication management and documented dispensing into the practice workflow. Animal records, owners, veterinary instruction, inventory, batches, and expiry dates are brought together appropriately. A treatment on the animal and a permissible transfer to the owner can be captured as separate processes, with the responsible person and time.
The solution can track inventory changes, flag low or expiring inventories, and prepare reorders. Through suitable, approved interfaces, we connect existing practice and inventory management systems. For mobile deployments, we plan data capture and later synchronisation according to the technical options.
Which medications, dosages, applications, and transfers are professionally permissible is decided by the veterinary professional staff. We map roles, checks, and approvals in the agreed process; the software does not grant an independent approval for medication dispensing.
Clearly guide treatment plans and follow-up care
One Treatment plan can be directly linked with the animal record, findings, and the responsible team. Together, we define the required details—such as species, weight with capture date, veterinary measures defined, medication details, follow-up appointment dates, and released notes for the owner.
We can add tasks, reminders, and processing statuses so that planned checks and open questions remain visible. Released plans can be provided to the owner via the agreed secure communication channel. Changes, follow-up questions, and new approvals remain assigned to the timeline.
AI can summarise existing information and prepare drafts for documentation or treatment plans. Before use, these are professionally reviewed and approved by the veterinary team. The specific therapy, dosage, and any treatment change are set by the expert staff.
Provide diagnosis and treatment guides tailored to the animal
We can History, findings, and professional working foundations into a shared view. Available veterinary diagnosis and treatment guides can be integrated via suitable interfaces or released sources. Species, specialty, source, and version status help with professional classification.
This can include structured checklists and documentation templates. AI can summarise relevant information from released documents and prepare highlighted drafts. Diagnosis and treatment are assessed and decided by veterinary professionals.
Before implementation, we clarify the data offering, usage rights, updating, and professional review process steps. This gives your team appropriate technical support with traceable sources and clear responsibility.
How do we make the rollout reliable for your practice team?
You keep the professional overview. We take over the agreed technical work. At the start, we document goals, responsibilities, and the required data flows. You know who your point of contact is, which access is needed, and which decisions your team approves.
Before using it in day-to-day practice, we check the agreed processes in a separate test environment. We use test data as much as possible and agree on how the required real data will be handled. Representative cases are played through together: assignment, access rights, documentation, error messages, and handovers.
The start happens after coordinated validation criteria and professional approval. We plan backups, switch-over windows, and a fallback option depending on the project scope. Your team receives an introduction and traceable documentation; after-start support and response paths are explicitly agreed with you.
For veterinary functions, we separate drafts, checks, and approvals. Sources and changes should remain traceable. We address new requirements and limits early and define the next step together.
