Digital solutions for doctors’ offices & practice communities
Digital paths for doctors’ offices.
For patients and your team.
Patient enquiries, appointment coordination, documents, and professional tasks require different responsibilities. We make the organisational processes clear and develop medical functions only with a coordinated intended purpose and professional review.
The key starting points
Inform patients.
Relieve your practice team organisationally.
From the patient enquiry through documentation to medication and treatment processes: We develop the right support for your practice team.
The reception answers the same organisational questions.
Provide performance information, preparation instructions, and clear contact paths in an understandable way. Patients find orientation, and the team can handle follow-up questions more effectively.
Document medication and dispensing in a traceable way.
Combine medication details, inventories, and the permissible dispensing of medication into the practice workflow. Responsibilities, medical instructions, and documented dispensing remain traceable.
Targeted support for diagnosis and treatment
Provide history, findings, and available diagnosis and treatment guides in the right context. AI can summarise information and prepare documentation drafts; diagnosis and therapy are decided by the medical professional staff.
Transfer data. Connect systems.
Transfer practice data in a controlled way.
Grown data holdings and complex integrations are no reason to postpone improvement. If you want, we take over data preparation, data entry, and technical implementation—with a clear plan, reviewed handovers, and understandable effort.
So many existing data sources—who will take care of the data entry?
If you want, we take over data transfer and data entry for you. This can include patient master data, appointment inventories, and released administrative or treatment documents. No matter whether from existing software, spreadsheets, exports, or documents: We review the sources, assign the fields, and prepare the agreed data for transfer. We also plan extensive inventories in manageable sections.
It is particularly important to check identities, document assignment, and access roles together with the practice. We check duplicates and required information, clarify incomplete data sets with you, and first test a representative subset. Then the coordinated transfer happens with an overview of controls and approval. We process confidential data only to the agreed extent with regulated access; professional assignments are released by your responsible team.
Can our existing systems be integrated?
Existing systems can remain part of the solution. We develop the right connection between practice management, appointment organisation, and approved communication channels. If a released technical access with the required functions is available, we take over conception, integration, and testing—including data assignment, permissions, synchronisation, and error handling.
A user account alone doesn’t always provide the necessary data access. That’s why we clarify the interface scope, usage rights, and technical limitations right at the start, and if needed with the provider. If there’s no suitable interface, we check structured import and export options or another viable handover method. You receive a clear path and don’t have to handle the technical coordination yourself.
How much effort will remain with our team?
We can take over the technical preparation and implementation. From your team, we primarily need a point of contact, access and data exports that are prepared safely, and approval of the professional mapping. You don’t have to handle preparation and data entry on top of day-to-day business all by yourself.
How much effort it takes depends on data volume, quality, formats, interfaces, and the desired changeover date. After the review, you receive a traceable scope, an effort estimate, and a process with responsibilities. Trial transfer, backup, and a coordinated changeover window help account for ongoing operations. We agree onboarding and support after go-live accordingly.
Link medication, inventories, and medication dispensing
We can the organisation and documentation of medication dispensing into your practice workflows. This includes, for example, released medication details, inventories, batches, and expiry dates, as well as the assignment of a documented dispensing to the patient and the responsible person.
The solution can capture inventory changes, provide warnings about low or expiring inventories, and prepare reorders. Through suitable, released interfaces, we integrate existing practice or inventory management systems. Together, we define which information is carried over and which roles may confirm changes or dispensing.
Medical instructions, dosage, and the permissible dispensing within the respective practice framework remain professionally accountable. The software supports organisation and traceability; it does not provide independent approval for medication dispensing.
Provide diagnosis and treatment guides within the workflow
We connect structured information with the appropriate professional working foundations. History details, findings, and released documents can come together in a clear working view. Available diagnosis and treatment guides can be integrated via suitable interfaces or released sources—including source attribution and version status.
For the practice team, this can produce traceable checklists, documentation templates, and subsequent organisational steps. AI can summarise existing details and prepare drafts for documentation or a treatment plan to be medically reviewed. Draft, correction, and approval are clearly distinguished.
Diagnoses, the selection of treatment, and therapy changes remain medical decisions. Before implementation, we align specialty, sources, usage rights, updates, and review process steps. This way, the technology supports the concrete day-to-day practice with clear responsibilities.
How do we make the rollout reliable for your practice team?
You keep the professional overview. We take over the agreed technical work. At the start, we document goals, responsibilities, and the required data flows. You know who your point of contact is, which access is needed, and which decisions your team approves.
Before using it in day-to-day practice, we check the agreed processes in a separate test environment. We use test data as much as possible and agree on how the required real data will be handled. Representative cases are played through together: assignment, access rights, documentation, error messages, and handovers.
The start happens after coordinated validation criteria and professional approval. We plan backups, switch-over windows, and a fallback option depending on the project scope. Your team receives an introduction and traceable documentation; after-start support and response paths are explicitly agreed with you.
For medical functions, we separate drafts, reviews, and approvals. Sources and changes should remain traceable. We address new requirements and limits early and define the next step together.
How we work together
Your task.
A clear next step.
We work independently of systems and incorporate proven approaches. Only after we check needs and feasibility do we recommend the right solution.
01 · Understand your needs
Together with you, we identify the most important bottleneck and the desired outcome.
02 · Make it concrete
You get a clearly defined first scope with understandable costs and responsibilities.
03 · Implement & support
We implement, validate with your team, and support the further use as agreed.
