Digital solutions for newspapers, publishers & press
Publish stories.
Reach readers.
Connect editorial.
Editorial, ad sales, subscription service, and digital publishing work with the same relationships, but often with separate information. We connect the organizational handoffs and preserve clear editorial responsibilities.
The key starting points
Editorial, publishing, and reader contact.
Well coordinated.
Editorial, publishing, and reader contact interlock. We assign content, approvals, and digital offerings for your publisher.
A topic must be put together again for each channel.
Lead existing, approved sources, media, and versions through a traceable editorial process. The team can prepare suitable formats and review them editorially.
Sales representatives and advertising production coordinate multiple times.
Bundle briefing, format, materials, duration, and approval in the advertising order. Sales and production see what was agreed—and what is missing.
Reader and subscription questions lose their context.
Connect contact, subscription status, and previous feedback for authorized employees. The service can carry a request forward in an organized way.
Transfer data. Connect systems.
Keep archives, content, and contacts usable.
Grown data holdings and complex integrations are no reason to postpone improvement. If you want, we take over data preparation, data entry, and technical implementation—with a clear plan, reviewed handovers, and understandable effort.
So many existing data sources—who will take care of the data entry?
If you want, we take over data transfer and data entry for you. This can include article archives, image metadata, authors, subscribers, and advertising customers. Whether from existing software, spreadsheets, exports, or documents: We review the sources, map the fields, and prepare the agreed data for the transfer. We also plan extensive inventories in manageable sections.
Of particular importance is ensuring authors, publication statuses, image rights, and archive links are transferred correctly. We check for duplicates and mandatory information, clarify incomplete data sets with you, and first test a representative subset. After that, the coordinated transfer takes place with a control overview and approval.
Can our existing systems be integrated?
Existing systems can remain part of the solution. We develop the right connection between editorial workflows, publishing, subscription management, and advertising organization. If a released technical access with the required functions is available, we take over design, integration, and testing—including data mapping, permissions, synchronization, and error handling.
A user account alone doesn’t always provide the necessary data access. That’s why we clarify the interface scope, usage rights, and technical limitations right at the start, and if needed with the provider. If there’s no suitable interface, we check structured import and export options or another viable handover method. You receive a clear path and don’t have to handle the technical coordination yourself.
How much effort will remain with our team?
We can take over the technical preparation and implementation. From your team, we primarily need a point of contact, access and data exports that are prepared safely, and approval of the professional mapping. You don’t have to handle preparation and data entry on top of day-to-day business all by yourself.
How much effort it takes depends on data volume, quality, formats, interfaces, and the desired changeover date. After the review, you receive a traceable scope, an effort estimate, and a process with responsibilities. Trial transfer, backup, and a coordinated changeover window help account for ongoing operations. We agree onboarding and support after go-live accordingly.
